What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and long-range plan for the US Oncology team
- Lead monthly close analysis and forecasting, producing management reports and variance analysis
- Build and modify large financial models using advanced Excel skills
- Develop presentations of financial results for visibility and insight to leadership and stakeholders
- Assist in ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant financial experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Experience with monthly close and analytics, including reporting for client groups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with TM1, SAP, Essbase, or PeopleSoft
- Ability to present and explain financial information to non-finance professionals
- Experience manipulating and creating financial models to analyze large datasets
