What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct financial planning and analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, aging reports, and collections
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Participate in strategic and ad-hoc projects, such as product profitability analyses and M&A evaluations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Entry-level experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or accounting
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and experience in financial modeling
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of accounting operations, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ERP or Gen Web/Tellus; QuickBooks experience is a plus
