What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and analyze financial data related to assigned product lines and finance functions
- Oversee the financial statement preparation for assigned product lines and subsidiaries
- Manage the preparation of budgets and conduct monthly budget analysis for the Plan
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting practices and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field; or Associate degree with two (2) years of related experience; or High School diploma with four (4) years of related experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a progressively responsible accounting or financial role
- Proven knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Two (2) years' experience and knowledge of HMO or PPO
