      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead monthly close processes and analytics for Personal Lines Claims and Legal Division
      - Manage quarterly forecasting and three-year planning in partnership with leadership
      - Conduct complex analysis and reporting on business initiatives to reduce expenses
      - Own staffing models and facilitate discussions on staffing needs and financial impacts
      - Support FP&A transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of financial planning experience, preferably in an insurance company
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Understanding of claims processes and their financial implications
      - Demonstrated expertise in operational expense reporting and budgeting
      - Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with planning and reporting software, preferably Oracle cloud-based planning and Smartview
      - Engagement in company culture initiatives, such as supporting employee resource groups and mentoring
      - Willingness to travel for team meetings and in-person collaboration
      - Demonstrated storytelling ability for financial results presentation to executive leadership
