      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the agency's primary financial analyst for Fixed (Capital) Assets, including managing additions, transfers, and deletions of property and equipment
      - Analyze Undistributed Receipts and resolve issues related to outdated and outstanding warrants
      - Prepare boilerplate reports and assist in evaluating internal controls for employee reimbursements
      - Review and release complex payments requiring contract oversight
      - Act as a liaison for Electronic Transaction Processing and assist with SIGMA project implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major with at least 12 semester credits in accounting, finance, or economics
      - Financial Analyst 9: No specific type or amount of experience required
      - Financial Analyst 10: One year of professional experience in financial data analysis
      - Financial Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience in financial data analysis, including one year equivalent to a Financial Analyst 10
      - Financial Analyst 12: Three years of professional experience in financial data analysis, including one year equivalent to a Financial Analyst P11

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SIGMA Business Intelligence and processing SIGMA transactions
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly at an advanced level
      - Background in government financial reporting or similar environments
      - Familiarity with contract review and monitoring processes
      - Experience in a state classified service role
