What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare monthly client invoices and ensure compliance with Client Contracts, SOWs, and Change Orders
- Develop and manage relationships with team members and clients to address financial needs
- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP/IFRS for revenue recognition and expense accruals
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain project reconciliations for clients
- Analyze project financial profitability, monitor variances, and identify areas for margin improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant finance experience
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across management levels within a diverse organization
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and proficiency in V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with billing to contracts and assembling periodic reconciliations
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP Finance systems
- Demonstrated drive to exceed established standards and adapt to organizational growth
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve recurring problems
