      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage invoicing and collections for clinical trials, including resolving disputes and creating monthly collection reports
      - Review cash postings and update cash reports related to clinical trials
      - Conduct month-end activities such as running revenue and expense reports and preparing refund requests for overpayments
      - Perform study reconciliations and assist with special projects as assigned
      - Attend team meetings and training sessions, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or General Finance
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 or more years of experience in Clinical Trials Post Award, particularly in invoicing and collections
      - Experience with Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities in a dynamic work environment
      - Innovative and analytical thinking capabilities
