      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor grant budgets and troubleshoot financial discrepancies
      - Prepare grant financial reports for internal review and analysis
      - Submit cost transfers and salary allocations as needed
      - Ensure compliance with institutional and sponsor guidelines for faculty sponsored research efforts
      - Liaise with central offices such as Finance, HR, and OSR for effective financial management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
      - Experience and interest in the Health, Academic, or Non-profit field
      - Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
      - Understanding of financial reporting requirements and regulations
      - Proficiency in using internal financial and accounting systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
      - Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
