      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process administrative and financial components of financial clearance, including insurance validations and pre-authorizations
      - Initiate and track referrals, insurance verifications, and authorizations for all patient encounters
      - Collaborate with physician office staff to gather necessary clinical data for authorization
      - Pre-register patients to collect demographic and insurance information for seamless registration and billing processes
      - Assist management with denial issues by providing supporting data and resolving discrepancies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical office, or related fields
      - Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology, including managed care plans
      - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
      - Intermediate analytical skills to resolve issues related to financial clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare registration, scheduling, insurance referral, and authorization processes
      - Familiarity with UB04 and Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
      - Knowledge of the Patient Access and hospital billing operations of Epic
      - Basic understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding
