      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cost center and project budgets, along with headcount management
      - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual budget analysis and forecasting
      - Prepare and present detailed reviews of financial results using Excel and PowerPoint
      - Drive implementation plans for business partner organization structures
      - Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Requires a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience
      - Mastery level knowledge of specialty area with working knowledge of several other areas
      - Experience in project management
      - Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including executive leadership
      - Ability to provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing large, moderately complex initiatives of strategic importance
      - Previous involvement in cross-functional teams
      - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations
      - Familiarity with healthcare technology and its applications in the industry
      - Knowledge of compliance with governmental regulations and policies
