      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cost center and project budgets alongside a team of Finance Consultants and a Finance Director
      - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual budget analysis and strategic plan reviews
      - Drive the forecast process and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organizational structure changes
      - Spearhead continuous process improvement initiatives for efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree satisfying immigration requirements and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience
      - Mastery of specialty area with a working knowledge of several other areas
      - Proven experience in project management
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions for complex issues
      - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leading large, complex initiatives of strategic importance
      - Previous coaching or mentoring experience with team members
      - Familiarity with healthcare technology and global health challenges
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial presentations
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at various organizational levels
