- Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager - Pacific
- Exposure to Board, Senior Leadership and external Regulators
- Hold a relevant Professional Accounting qualification and be degree qualified.
- Have people leadership experience, with the ability to coach and mentor your direct reports.
- Have at least 5 years post qualification experience in insurance accounting
- · Advanced knowledge of industry best practice in finance and accounting including IFRS 17
- Ability to organise and control large accounting systems (Oracle experience preferred)
- Insurance Institute qualification would be an advantage.

Your new role
As the Financial Controller for Vanuatu, you will be responsible for establishing and controlling the financial systems and administrative services of the company and providing financial information to Chief Executive and Board of Directors.
You will ensure all Management, Financial accounting and Investment activities and administrative activities are performed to achieve its strategic goals.
