      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional service in the call center for customer retirement savings accounts
      - Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
      - Communicate important plan updates and changes to customers
      - Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes
      - Train and study to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including outside traditional business hours
      - Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
      - Capability to work overtime as needed based on business demand
      - Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
      - Attention to detail and ability to learn financial industry policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in both English and Spanish
      - Experience in financial services or call center environments
      - FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
      - Passion for providing quality customer service
      - Ability to adapt communication style for a diverse customer base
