      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and administer complex budgetary and financial management tools and systems
      - Evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain automated and manual management information and reporting tools
      - Act as a project manager for budgetary and financial management systems design, development, and implementation projects
      - Organize and lead meetings with Finance staff and business partners to determine reporting requirements and solutions
      - Provide data analysis and reports to workgroup members and management by gathering and manipulating large data sets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in public administration, finance, computer science, or a related field
      - Three (3) years of experience with financial systems, operations, procedures, research, or analysis
      - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural workplace with a diverse customer base
      - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, or other database software
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of budget, accounting, finance, and project management systems
      - Experience with programming languages such as Python
      - Experience modernizing or replacing legacy financial management tools or systems
      - Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
