Prepare, implement, and maintain projects in Oracle Financials, managing budgets, expenditures, accruals, cost forecasting, and variance reporting.
Assess program and departmental budgeting/funding needs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Drive the annual and monthly operating budgets/forecasts, delivering flawless financial governance support.
Analyze Liquids Pipelines’ Finance team summaries, providing insights into reporting discrepancies and clarifications.
Prepare Integrity’s internal monthly financial reports and other required system reports for Integrity program managers and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze incurred costs against commitments and budget values, challenging forecasts where performance and scope are inconsistent.
A university degree in Business/Accounting, a technical diploma, or combination of education and experience.
Over 4 years of progressively responsible experience in an accounting or project controls environment.
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Project Management Professional is an asset.
A solid understanding of accounting, auditing, tax, and regulatory standards and principles.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with strong orientation to customer service.
The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Oracle, and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Limited travel.
