What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform Quality Control reviews on complex research and analysis of account activity to identify suspicious activities
- Analyze account relationships and transactions, ensuring appropriate risk-based actions are taken
- Prepare reports with findings and recommendations related to BSA/AML compliance
- Conduct regular audits of Quality Control Analysts' work to ensure adherence to policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other business units to identify risks related to fraud or suspicious activity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of federal and state laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC regulations
- Experience in leading and mentoring others
- Significant experience working with staff at all levels within an organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in Fraud or AML, such as Certified Fraud Examiner or Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist
- Understanding of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and corporate beneficial ownership
