What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the selection, implementation, configuration, testing, validation, and optimization of clients' modeling and forecasting systems
- Develop and maintain detailed technical knowledge of model validation specifications and operations
- Draft and review summary reports to meet client needs
- Conduct client modeling and forecasting projects and recommend business process improvements
- Document procedures, reports, and operations while identifying efficiencies in reporting and data management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; major in math or statistics preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a data analysis role required; two years of experience strongly desired
- Knowledge of business intelligence functions including analytics, data mining, reporting, and relational databases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced features of Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Insights
- Proven commitment to exceptional client service
- Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 30%
