  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Drive and support the financial performance of the practice, including planning and budgeting
  - Manage engagement processes, revenue forecasting, working capital, and expense management
  - Analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities or risks and take appropriate actions
  - Provide complex financial analysis and modeling to inform senior management decisions
  - Collaborate across various internal functional areas to ensure optimal outcomes for the practice
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree preferred
  - Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in finance or accounting
  - At least 5 years of experience in the consulting industry or professional services
  - Prior supervisory and/or mentoring experience
  - Proficiency in Workday, PowerBI, and Excel

  - Ability to analyze data and summarize findings into actionable recommendations
