      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a thorough understanding of the employer's products, services, and personal financial planning processes

      - Educate clients on financial planning principles and the employer's unique value proposition
      - Ensure efficient onboarding by accurately opening client accounts and managing fund transfers
      - Collaborate with support staff to enhance client experience and streamline business processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of financial advisory experience or 5 years of combined sales and financial advisory experience
      - Series 65 or 7/66 license required
      - Commitment to obtaining a CFP, CRPC, or other financial designation within 6 months of employment
      - Strong educational background with a 4-year college degree preferred, ideally in finance or business
      - Proficient in computer-based analysis and decision-making tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in direct-to-consumer financial sales
      - Existing financial designations such as CFP or CRPC
      - Advanced analytical skills and experience with financial advisory software
