      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the allocation and distribution of earnings to members and manage internal ERP system processes
      - Enhance financial models and data reporting tools for accurate financial insights
      - Prepare and analyze monthly financial data, managing large datasets and developing variance analyses
      - Partner with stakeholders to prepare annual budgets and forecasts, coordinating data collection and reporting
      - Assist in developing and maintaining Asset Liability Management (ALM) models in collaboration with the Risk team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
      - Minimum of four years of relevant financial analysis, budgeting, or reporting experience
      - Strong understanding of corporate financial statements
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion
      - Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
      - Self-starter with the ability to work across the organization
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to research issues
