What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead data analytics, forecasting, and insight generation to support decision-making
- Identify growth opportunities and drive growth initiatives through data exploration and hypothesis testing
- Prepare executive-level analysis and reports for senior decision-makers
- Perform financial and operational analysis to improve business efficiency
- Build relationships with peers across corporate functions and product lines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Supply Chain
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
- Self-starter with a track record of accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP system
