What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain financial operations for Cavallo Ventures
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and monitor financial metrics for venture capital and private equity investments
- Coordinate with Treasury group for investment funding and cash needs
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a Business-related field
- 6-10 years of experience as a finance leader in venture capital, private equity, or fund administration
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Highly motivated with strong organization and time management skills
