Advising on long-term investments
Representing Santander Wealth Management in branch
Identifying potential new customers in need of this service
Keeping up with market trends (including updates from our asset managers)
Developing your skills on our self-study programmes
A QCF level 4 qualification or R01/R02 qualifications provided by the CII.
Proven skills in delivering an outstanding consultative customer experience.
Excellent people and relationship-building skills with the ability to listen and analyse.
Understanding of regulatory environment (especially with restricted advice)
Self-starting and dynamic approach to work
Experience of working within a telephony environment
£500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits. Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer

A dream holiday. Early retirement. Sending a loved one to university. Some of our customers have big plans for their money. And that’s where you come in. By providing them with clear informed advice about their investment options, you’ll help to make those plans a reality.
You’ll be part of an exciting time in Financial Planning as we combine our face-to-face and remote advice proposition to support the growing needs of our customers, providing investment advice to our customers in-branch and via Santander’s digital capabilities.
It’s a premium service: you’ll be working with customers looking to invest at least £20k for five years or more. You’ll listen to their needs, clarify their objectives, and analyse their circumstances. Where appropriate, you’ll explain which of our award-winning investment products are right for them.
