What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage security access to the corporate financial consolidation system (Hyperion HFM) for new users and existing users needing changes
- Monitor the support request queue and resolve end-user questions regarding the financial reporting system
- Assist in the preparation of reporting modules for their respective reporting cycles, maintaining administrative documentation
- Review requests for additions and changes to the corporate financial reporting system, working with the end-user community to resolve issues
- Ensure documentation of Corporate Entity Hierarchies and Chart of Accounts is updated to reflect changes in reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA degree with a technology or business concentration
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong knowledge of Excel formulas and macro writing preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial/accounting systems such as Hyperion HFM, Hyperion Enterprise, or Oracle
- Independent self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Suite
- Positive and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
