      Job Summary

      As an MBA intern on the Global Strategy & Consulting Team, you will be aligned to our Financial Services vertical and will have the ability to support projects for some of our most important Financial Services clients centered on developing and implementing viable strategies, to improve real estate performance aligned with strategic business priorities. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and communicate your findings.       This role will work as a part of a JLL Consulting project team, to help create agile real estate portfolios, improved employee experiences and dynamic workplaces for banking, fintech and investment management clients.

      Responsibilities

      • Support the development of real estate, workplace and experience strategies for clients informed by leading practices and the client’s vision for the future state operations.
      • Conduct primary and secondary research and use critical thinking to help develop recommended solutions for complex business challenges.
      • Collect, review, and analyze client data, information, and insights to develop real estate and workplace strategies and programs.
      • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, centered on driving Corporate Real Estate, and broader enterprise decisioning.
      • Support the development project deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the client.
      • Support the facilitation of client interviews, workshops, and additional stakeholder outreach and communications.
      • Support the project team in communicating key project findings and recommendations.
      • Support the JLL Consulting team with various thought leadership initiatives through research and presentation development of leading real estate trends in the Financial Services sector.

      Desired Skills and Experience

      • Working toward completion on an MBA (with projected completion by Summer 2026).
      • Has a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or related field.
      • Minimum of 1-3 years full-time experience working in a fast-paced teaming environment.
      • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Well-developed verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
      • Strong Financial/Analytical skills preferred.
      • Previous experience with Financial Services companies preferred.
      • Highly organized.

      Preferred Skills and Experience

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
      • Previous experience in a client-facing environment.
      • A strong understanding of Management Consulting.
      • The ability to support multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced dynamic business.
      • A problem solving and analytical mindset.
      • Passion for understanding macro-level real estate trends and best practices

      We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

      Permanent US work authorization required.

      Estimated total compensation for this position:

      17,000.00 – 23,000.00 USD per year

      The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
