Job Responsibilities:
- Answer complex inbound account inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment and other online related questions
- Process and review new account applications and credit line increase requests
- Review register referrals and Nordstrom.com transactions
- Provide excellent customer service while handling a high volume of calls
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work from a distraction-free, secure home office
- Comfortable using a computer, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on department needs
- Wired, high-speed Internet with a modem or router w/ Ethernet Port (No Satellite Internet or Wi-Fi)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with computer systems and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
