      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle complex inbound account inquiries and escalated customer calls
      - Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to online enrollment, passwords, and sign-on issues
      - Review new account applications and process register referrals
      - Perform Nordstrom.com transactions, credit line increase requests, and payments
      - Other duties as assigned by leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Must have a quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace
      - Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
      - Reliable internet connection with specific speed requirements
      - Strong communication skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls with accuracy
