      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle complex inbound account inquiries related to Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products
      - Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment, passwords, and sign-on issues
      - Review and enter new account applications from various channels
      - Process register referrals, transactions, and credit line increase requests
      - Perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Ability to manage a high volume of calls with attention to detail
      - A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with technical troubleshooting and navigating multiple systems
      - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a virtual environment
