      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Finance organization's reporting needs across various sub-workstreams including accounting, budgeting, and payroll
      - Design, develop, and test complex Workday reports and dashboards
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reports that support business goals
      - Monitor and implement enhancements around Payroll Cost Allocation and Payroll Accounting Adjustment processes
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on reports and dashboards for the Finance organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in the support and administration of Workday Financials
      - 3+ years of experience in Workday Report Writing, including complex calculated fields
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Strong organizational skills and project management abilities
      - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday system upgrades and regression testing
      - Familiarity with security dependencies related to Workday modules
      - Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking
