      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain financial and accounting-related data from potential acquisition parties in various formats
      - Collaborate with firm personnel to facilitate the financial data transition to Patriot's platforms
      - Assist with financial discovery and provide solutions for accurate data mapping
      - Validate and ensure financial data integrity between integrating firms and Patriot's systems
      - Track financial conversion issues to ensure timely reporting and resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field
      - 3+ years of relevant work experience in an insurance, brokerage, or MGA/MGU environment
      - Prior experience with the conversion of financial data from one system to another
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data formatting, lookups, pivot tables, and formulas
      - Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site meetings and events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Applied Epic, BenefitPoint, and other agency management systems
      - Experience participating in a large organization's system implementation
      - Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
      - Proven ability to handle diverse workloads and meet critical deadlines
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
