      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred
      - 2+ years of operations and/or service experience in the financial services industry
      - FINRA licensure preferred (SIE, Series 6 & 63)
      - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of insurance, investment or financial markets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in financial services
      - Proficiency in technology and software systems
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
