      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide service via inbound contact center/telephones, responding to complex customer inquiries and escalating as necessary
      - Research customer inquiries and relay information to appropriate parties in a timely manner
      - Perform account updates and maintenance, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries
      - Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients according to service level agreements
      - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the customer service area, including training and mentoring less experienced staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or G.E.D.
      - Minimum of two years of customer service or telephone experience, including financial or investment sectors requiring FINRA certification
      - Experience with organizational functions and personnel
      - Proficient in the use of help desk software and other relevant technology
      - FINRA 6 or 7 minimum Certification required at hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Lean/Six Sigma certification or relevant experience
      - Strong business and analytical problem-solving skills
      - Exceptional communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and follow directions effectively
