Job Description
- Req#: 36988
- Performs physical inspections of the complex to insure fire code compliance.
- Responsible for writing and following up to completion of maintenance requests regarding compliance with fire codes and safety hazards.
- Acts as a liaison with Atlantic City Fire Department.
- Investigates all fire alarms received through the computer or by phone.
- Coordinates technical inspections with various departments and outside vendors, contractors and Atlantic City Fire Department.
- Reviews and oversees all convention floor plans to insure compliance with the Atlantic City Fire Prevention Bureau.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required.
- Fire Command Center Operations, or Fire Service experience is preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain certification in Simplex/Grinnell Fire Safety System.
- Fire inspector certifications are a plus.
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must follow customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
