What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource to assigned clients in transportation/logistics and support various departments
- Gather, compile, and analyze data for industry trends and benchmarks
- Prepare detailed reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for data analysis
- Develop cost estimates and maintain costing models to improve logistics efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and oversee logistics programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline
- Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field or 3-5 years with an MS/MA
- Certification may be required in certain areas
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams and stakeholders

- Deep analytics capability to review data and develop insights for performance improvement
- Experience in analyzing and identifying impactful improvement strategies for First Mile Operations
- Proven track record of executing improvement opportunities with measurable benefits
