      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process bi-monthly time, leave, and attendance for all DCYF staff in Regions 3 & 4
      - Conduct audits, analysis, and reconciliation of payroll and attendance records
      - Provide support for time and attendance issues in collaboration with Field Offices and the DCYF Payroll office
      - Conduct compliance reviews and verify adherence to rules and regulations
      - Offer consultation and technical assistance to managers and employees regarding leave processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Equivalent education and experience totaling three (3) years
      - Three (3) years of fiscal record-keeping experience, which may include experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) or Leave Tracker
      - Extensive knowledge of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and administrative policies
      - Ability to process large quantities of fiscal data with accuracy and efficiency
      - Strong analytical skills to assess and understand issues, evaluate options, and form accurate conclusions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) or Leave Tracker
      - Familiarity with basic accounting practices and practical accounting techniques
      - Ability to prioritize and be flexible to meet payment and report deadlines
      - Experience in conducting compliance reviews and exercising independent judgment
      - Understanding of confidentiality practices in a fiscal environment
