      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and evaluate conservation and management issues related to fisheries
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop management alternatives
      - Analyze fishery data and evaluate statistical modeling for forecasting
      - Support the drafting and review of state and federal regulations
      - Organize and facilitate stakeholder engagement and meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in fisheries, natural resources management, or a related field
      - Four (4) years of experience in fisheries management or coordinating policy on natural resource management issues
      - Knowledge of state and federal laws related to fisheries
      - Valid Driver's License

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s or professional degree in fisheries or natural resources management
      - Understanding of long-term sustainability in managing natural resources
      - Demonstrated ability with data analysis, basic statistics, and quantitative modeling
      - Knowledge of state-tribal co-management relationships
      - Experience with federal environmental law and policy processes
