      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize R code to generate reports, statistics, summaries, and figures for stakeholder requests
      - Write SQL queries to extract data from Oracle databases for analytical tasks
      - Investigate and ensure data quality by identifying anomalies, outliers, and missing data
      - Monitor validation error reports monthly and communicate data issues to management
      - Provide customer service support by answering inquiries during assigned duty hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced proficiency (6+ years) in R statistical language for data analysis
      - Master's degree in data analytics, statistics, or a related quantitative field
      - Proficiency in writing SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases
      - Ability to produce intelligence planning data analysis reports and troubleshoot data issues
      - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging personalities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Gulf and Atlantic fisheries
      - Familiarity with fishery management processes and councils
      - Experience working directly with the fishing community
