      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement best practice fitness programming for community fitness members
      - Assist licensed therapists with patient care procedures and support during treatment
      - Monitor department equipment and ensure proper working order
      - Check in patients and schedule follow-up visits as needed
      - Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, fitness members, and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in fitness, exercise science, exercise physiology, athletic training, or kinesiology
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a community fitness center as a personal trainer or exercise class instructor
      - Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
      - Knowledge of fitness program development based on best practice exercise science principles
      - Ability to ensure appropriate levels of supplies for daily operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of experience in a community fitness center as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor
      - Certifications such as CSCS, Personal Trainer Certification, and Certified Pool Operator
      - Experience in individualized fitness and aquatic training
