What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute the sales plan through shelf distribution, cold box placement, and promotional execution within assigned markets
- Secure new outlet availability by influencing distributors and conducting local/regional key account calls
- Communicate ongoing sales, marketing, and executional opportunities with assigned Distributor Partners
- Assist District and/or Regional Sales Manager with operational duties and billing processes
- Participate in weekly recap and planning calls to outline objectives, results, and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Deep understanding of the assigned territory and surrounding areas
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
