      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct 45-minute consultations with women to assess their fit for the employer's programs
      - Enroll qualified leads into transformational programs using a proven high-ticket system (no cold pitching)
      - Manage an organized CRM and ensure consistent follow-up with leads
      - Represent the brand professionally and energetically during all calls
      - Stay aligned with the employer's mission and maintain preparedness for each consultation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success closing high-ticket fitness, nutrition, or coaching offers of $3K or more
      - Genuine belief in the life-changing potential of the employer's offerings
      - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, emotionally charged environment
      - Coachable mindset with a desire for continuous improvement and feedback

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-pressure sales environments, particularly in fitness or coaching sectors
      - Strong communication skills with the capability to inspire and lead clients
      - Previous experience with CRM software for managing leads and follow-ups
