- Compensation: $17.30 per hour while in training. Inside Sales Account Executives will be paid the greater of their base pay or their earned sales commission; our average Inside Sales Account Executive completes $1,200 - $1,500 in sales per day.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact customers who have purchased products to offer tailored solutions and up-sell dietary supplements
- Create personalized game plans for customers based on their needs and preferences
- Provide individualized feedback and solutions to meet customer needs
- Utilize in-house CRM system for lead management and appointment scheduling
- Process transactions efficiently while focusing on sales and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of B2C sales experience
- Demonstrated success in phone sales with customers
- Experience in the Health and Fitness market segment
- Knowledge or use of dietary supplements is a plus
- Excellent time management, active listening, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fast Internet Connection - minimum of 100Mbps upload plus 100Mbps of upload speed
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and actively participate in business growth
- Strong attention to detail, ability to build rapport, and empathize with customers
