      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze accounts for unusual or suspicious activity using anti-money laundering software
      - Conduct investigations and research to address account irregularities
      - Process alerts and make determinations for further investigation
      - Document findings in a centralized case management system
      - Communicate with bank personnel and management regarding compliance deficiencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - CAMS or CAFP certification required or willingness to obtain within two years
      - Minimum 5 years of banking experience in a BSA/AML related position
      - Strong research and problem resolution skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience creating and/or performing quality control on suspicious activity reports
      - Proficiency in PC work, including Microsoft Office
      - Knowledge of additional systems/software such as PC Navigator, Web Director, Verafin, Excel, and Adobe
