      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist technicians with troubleshooting and resolution processes
      - Communicate effectively with field employees through calls, texts, and emails
      - Create and drive adaptation and utilization in the field by responding to needs
      - Develop and implement methodologies to improve service levels and operational efficiency
      - Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC field
      - Accredited HVAC/Mechanical trade school completion
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
      - Excellent communication skills in time-sensitive settings
      - Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with split systems, package systems, mini-split, VRV and VRF systems, boilers, refrigeration, and controls
      - Initiative and self-motivation as a self-starter
      - Basic mechanical aptitude, mathematical, and English language skills
