Job Description

- Conduct data driven analysis and industry research to identify gaps and opportunities that will further update the product roadmap.
- Work closely with all Commercial teams on driving value creation across core product and services.
- Continuous improvement of customer experience by helping the PO to enhance products and services with a solid customer centric approach.
- Reduce churn of Fixed customers by identifying related reasons and proposing actions to improve products and processes causing customer dissatisfaction.
- Implement base management activities to improve revenue performance and customer experience, with the CVM team.
- Monitor the overall Fixed performance, product performance and respective Fixed business KPIs.
- Support the strategic roadmap to build innovative solutions and support business objectives.
- Continuously brainstorm and drive ideas through A/B testing lifecycle.
- Stay informed about competitors' products, network strategies, and infrastructure investments to identify areas where the product can gain a competitive edge.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the product's performance, growth, and network expansion, proactively taking measures to ensure success.
- Analyse and optimize the network infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance enhancement.
- Degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English
- Minimum of 5 year working experience in Telecommunication/ Communications industry.
- Advanced skills on Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required.

What you’ll do
Fixed Commercial Lead will be one of the main contributors to the Fixed business strategy and commercial performance improvement. PL will play is a pivotal role to ideating and implementing some of the commercial initiatives helping Vodafone Albania to become the market leader for Fixed services. Also, PL will be a key stakeholder to the Fixed NPS and market perception, maintaining the edge of Vodafone as the undisputed choice from Albanian families and businesses
