Job Description
- Req#: 278997BR
• passionate about engaging in-depth research across the global fixed income, foreign exchange and multi-asset landscape, with a focus on underlying macro drivers and cross-asset relationships
• adept at deciding how to tactically allocate across regions using analysis of macroeconomic data, monetary and fiscal policy, valuation and capital flows
• analytically and quantitatively rigorous when presenting trade ideas or shaping views on markets
• motivated team player and culture carrier. Interest in collaborating with a wide range of global colleagues to drive investment performance
• a leader who can effectively run inclusive research group meetings
• familiar with leading market data systems, such as Bloomberg and Macrobond
• comfortable with major programming languages such as Python, R or Matlab
• a strong written and oral communicator; you are able to effectively explain your ideas and lead discussion
• a degree in Finance or Economics
• ideally 10 plus years of relevant experience (asset management, sell-side research, etc.)
• experience across global rates and FX, including EM
• ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• strong statistics knowledge and an ability to quickly and robustly analyze large datasets
• CFA qualification or progress towards the CFA designation is a plus
