What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor an email inbox for the submission of SIRS and manage corresponding mail submissions
- Verify data on SIRS and online form submissions against condominium registrations
- Save combined documents in the appropriate filing system after verification
- Review and cross-check registered condominiums with County records
- Collaborate with Department staff to correct filing information as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Professional administrative office experience: 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook): 2 years
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to speak and understand English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with DBPR Versa Regulations
- Additional experience in a government or regulatory environment
