      Do you have thick skin and can work well under pressure? We are actively recruiting for a Fleet Call Center Dealer Liasion to oversee various inquiries from 380+ company Dealer franchise partners in regards to: Fleet For this position you need the following: Experience • 1-3 years professional experience (Automotive industry, call center experience highly preferred) • Some customer relations experience is required • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel Attributes • Self-Starter / Proactive • Customer-Focused • Works well with minimal supervision • Works well with others • Reliable / Dependable • Process improvement oriented • Follows through • Possesses a sense of urgency * Must be available to work every Monday-Friday 9-5:00p EST (possible flex schedule to support West Coast Dealers from 10am-7pm Monday-Friday) End of the month, will need to be able to stay until midnight to field phone calls.

      Responsibilities

      Responsibilities
      • Work in a self-managed fast paced call center atmosphere
      • Respond to dealer, customer and regional phone calls, emails and messages via Fleet Operations’ 800 phone number, email box and messages received
      • Validate and issue Corporate Account Numbers (CANs) to new Fleet accounts
      • Validate and Preferred Employer Program
      • Provide customers with replacement Preferred Employer Program Incentive Forms as needed
      • Handle dealer calls related to Livery Extended Limited Warranties
      • Assist with other departmental tasks / projects such as FMC / Rental ordering, MSS, etc.





      Skills
    • Call Center (2 years of experience is preferred)
    • Automobiles (1 year of experience is preferred)
    • Basic Computer Skills (2 years of experience is required)
    • Telephone Etiquette (2 years of experience is preferred)
    • Communication (2 years of experience is required)
