      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the Fleet Card customer base across Texas
      - Identify and target prospective customers, including transportation companies and fuel-intensive businesses
      - Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to close new accounts
      - Maintain ongoing relationships with existing fleet card clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
      - Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless account management and billing accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet fuel, transportation, or financial services
      - Strong knowledge of fleet card programs, fuel management, or transportation logistics
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing promotional campaigns and marketing strategies
      - Familiarity with market intelligence and competitor analysis
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Ability to travel extensively (50-70%)
