      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train new fleet managers and oversee operations in identified "at risk markets"
      - Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations, and quality standards
      - Manage Repair Orders (RO) ensuring timely scheduling and completion
      - Drive regional Billability targets and maintain technician utilization
      - Establish strong relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven leadership skills in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong verbal and written communication abilities
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet operations or a related field
      - Ability to analyze data to drive performance and implement improvements
      - Willingness to travel frequently, ideally residing near a major airport

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with DOT and BIT audits
      - Background in customer service with a focus on relationship management
      - Track record of successful project management and team performance
      - Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) in fleet operations
