What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Liaise with the sales team to understand sold products and implement plans within the benefits administration system
- Manage and configure the benefits system, including client onboarding, maintenance, and upgrades
- Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to healthcare legislation
- Document changes and provide timely updates to users regarding system and plan modifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of reimbursement account benefits configuration and administration experience, preferably with Alegeus
- Advanced knowledge of database applications such as Excel and Access
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external customers
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of benefits administration, pricing, reimbursement accounts, and related legislation
- Solid working knowledge of standard computer applications including MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in teaching, coaching, and counseling associates
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands
- Familiarity with problem-solving and decision-making skills
